Antoinette - This is such a cute cake. The earl grey tea taste infused within the chocolate and the moist sponge cake within is very prominent and makes the cake very fresh tasting. It's jelly like chocolate exterior covers the entire cake, whilst the moist sponge layers inside is mixed with crispy chocolate crusts. On the top, the strawberry encased within the reddish blob is as sweet as strawberry jam. One has to break the gelatine-like cover to get to the jam inside. The only disappointment I ave to say is that I could not find any clean and conventional way to merge the strawberry jam from the top with the light tea cake beneath it. But in all, ' Antoinette ' is a wonderful cake experience that is both heavenly and sweet. It is sold at S$9.00

| [ Saint Honore L'Amour ] |
Saint Honore L'Amour - A really pleasant looking cake with a wonderful presentation of this little pastry. The raspberry flavour is really strong. The little puffs found at the sides are really soft and tasty, one can barely taste the buttery-ness like some puffs have. The creams is soft and smooth, it practically disappears after placing it in your mouth, melting away. The biscuit at the bottom is light and crispy, and still retains the light buttery taste which complements the berry bits just directly above it. Another really light and refreshing cake, after eating this, I felt I could a lot more cakes to follow. This is sold at S$8.50
